IT Sales/Business Development Manager

As an IT Sales/Business Development Manager, your role will involve driving growth in the India and Asia Pacific markets through identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strategies for expanding the company's presence in target markets. You will also be required to prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports, participate in industry events and client meetings, and travel as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in India and the Asia Pacific region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's presence in target markets. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports. - Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings (some travel required). Qualifications Required: - Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory). - Fluent in Hindi (mandatory). - Proficiency in at least one additional regional or international language (preferred). - Proven experience in business development or software sales (preferred). - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, with a proactive and target-driven mindset. - Flexibility to travel within India and across the Asia Pacific region as required. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
