About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales/Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive growth in the India and Asia Pacific markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a proven track record in business development, preferably within the software or IT services industry.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory).
• Proficiency in at least one additional regional or international language (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development or software sales (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to travel within India and across the Asia Pacific region as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in India and the Asia Pacific region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s presence in target markets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings (some travel required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,312.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
