Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Internship

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience + incentives)

Job Description:

Social Pranaam is hiring IT Sales Executives who are confident, persuasive, and results-driven.

This is a performance-driven, target-based role, ideal for individuals who thrive under challenges and want to grow in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into clients for IT services like website development, app building, software solutions, and digital marketing
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
• Conduct field visits to local businesses and follow up on inquiries
• Prepare and present customized solutions to clients
• Maintain strong after-sales relations to retain clients
• Report daily progress to the sales team manager

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation in any stream (preferably BBA/BCA/MBA)
• Experience: Freshers welcome; sales experience preferred
• Mandatory: Own bike and smartphone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing power and sales mindset
• Basic understanding of IT and digital services
• Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting sales goals
