IT Sales Delivery Head (US Fintech Market)

As a Delivery Head based in Bangalore (open to relocation), you will leverage your 20+ years of experience, including 7+ years specifically focused on building tech teams for US-based clients. Your main responsibility will be to build and scale software delivery teams in India for US organizations. You must have successfully led such setups at least twice, demonstrating your ability to attract top talent, manage delivery KPIs, and drive operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include building and managing high-performing engineering and back-office teams in India, establishing delivery operations, tracking KPIs, and fostering a strong team culture. You will collaborate closely with US-based clients to ensure alignment between sales and delivery, drive hiring strategies based on market trends, and provide hands-on leadership to uphold quality and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to operational strategy and demonstrate an understanding of P&L management. To excel in this role, you must possess 7+ years of experience building delivery teams in India for US clients, with a background encompassing both startups and large enterprises such as Wipro, Accenture, and FinTech companies. Your experience should include hands-on delivery roles with exposure to US sales, a strong executive presence with excellent client-facing skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. Moreover, your ability to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in India will be crucial for success in this position. Furthermore, a blended experience in both large companies and start-ups, particularly in the Fintech domain, is preferred. A background in Java technologies is essential to meet the requirements of this role effectively.,
