Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented IT Resume Writer Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role in Gandhinagar involves crafting impactful and optimized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for IT professionals targeting roles in the USA and Canada.

You’ll use your deep understanding of IT roles and hiring practices to build documents that pass ATS filters, highlight technical achievements, and position clients for success in competitive job markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Write customized, keyword-optimized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for IT professionals.
• Communicate with clients to gather career details, project information, and technical accomplishments.
• Translate complex technical backgrounds into clear, impactful content aligned with hiring trends.
• Ensure formatting is compatible with both ATS and human reviewers.
• Stay current on IT industry trends, terminology, and global job market demands.
• Collaborate with technical recruiters to align documents with client goals and market needs.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within defined deadlines.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in resume writing, preferably for IT roles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, impact, and ATS optimization.
• Strong understanding of IT terminology, platforms, tools, certifications, and career paths.
• Experience writing for various levels: entry-level, mid-career, and senior IT professionals.
• Familiarity with global job markets, especially USA & Canada.
• Certifications such as CPRW, ACRW, NRWA are a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
