IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Executive

As an IT Recruiter at oCode Technologies in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and HR management processes. Your responsibilities will include understanding recruitment standards, coordinating recruitment needs with departments, expanding recruitment channels, managing HR processes, overseeing attendance, and generating HR reports. You will need to have proficiency in IT recruitment, HR practices, and excellent communication skills to excel in this dynamic role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Master's degree in HR or a related field, at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or HR (freshers are welcome to apply), and a good understanding of internet and computer usage. Your strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills will be essential in working with various departments and candidates. Familiarity with social media, MS Office, and other relevant tools will be beneficial in executing your responsibilities effectively.
