IT Recruitment Head (Domestic Hiring)

As a Recruitment Delivery Head in IT & ITeS Staffing at IPS Group, you will be responsible for leading the staffing operations in the IT & ITeS sector, catering to clients nationwide. Based in Goregaon, Mumbai, we are seeking a candidate with over 20 years of experience, preferably with an MBA qualification. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the complete recruitment cycle for IT & ITeS clients, fostering strong client relationships throughout India, devising and implementing staffing strategies for various IT hiring requirements, as well as guiding, mentoring, and supervising recruitment teams. It will be imperative for you to streamline hiring processes for effective talent acquisition. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership and people management skills, coupled with outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
