Job Description

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment — from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and referrals.
Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit based on client or internal requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
Support fresher and experienced hiring for both training and project teams.
Assist in campus recruitment drives, internship selections, and related HR coordination.
Prepare and share daily/weekly hiring reports with the HR Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
