Job Title: IT Recruiter (Only Female Candidates) Experience: 1 to 2 year Location: Nagarabhavi, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. Whether you're just starting your career or have up to a year of experience, if you're passionate about recruitment and eager to grow in the field—especially in IT hiring—we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using various platforms and creative recruitment strategies Review resumes and shortlist candidates for IT roles Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Build rapport with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with IT recruitment is a plus Strong time management and multitasking ability Comfortable conducting phone interviews Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Who Can Apply: Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
