Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in sourcing and managing recruitment processes. This is a full-time remote opportunity for individuals who are self-driven, professional, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source profiles based on Job Descriptions (IT & Non-IT roles) for domestic and international markets.
• Conduct first-level candidate screening for technical, communication, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a structured database of candidates and job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or client panels.
• Work with recruitment documentation such as NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Use ATS tools, job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to source candidates.
• Manage candidate and client communication effectively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.
• Support timesheet and invoice tracking for consultants/contractors.
• Negotiate salaries, contracts, and terms with candidates when required.
• Work in IST hours with overlap for US clients as per business needs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment (domestic & international).
• Must own a personal laptop with reliable Wi-Fi connection.
• Prior experience working with US clients will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, job portals, and social recruiting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
