Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process [Sourcing, Screening, Short listing of Profiles from Job Portals, Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Preliminary rounds, Scheduling Technical interviews with stakeholders, Salary Negotiations, onboard]. Work closely with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions within TAT. Maintain recruitment tracker/reports – daily/weekly/monthly. Other responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should possess good communication and presentation skills. Should possess excellent convincing and negotiation skills. Candidate should be good at multitasking and should a good listener. Should have knowledge on working on various job portals (Naukri/LinkedIn etc.) Ability to coordinate effectively. Should work Independent.
