We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement sourcing strategies, and deliver the best candidates for our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Manage the End to End recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Stay updated on IT industry hiring trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS, and reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

     Any Graduate (Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field preferred).
  • Experience:

     13 years of IT recruitment experience .
  • Technical Knowledge:

     Understanding of IT domains, including Software Development, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Embedded Systems & Hardware.
  • Communication:

     Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills:

     Ability to manage salary discussions and finalize offers effectively.
  • Organizational Skills:

     Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Adaptability:

     Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Tools & Systems:

     Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies:

     Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
