Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to gauge their interest in the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Excellent screening abilities to filter out unsuitable candidates based on client requirements.
Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes including cold calling and candidate coordination.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and candidates at all levels.
