Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to gauge their interest in the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
  • Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Excellent screening abilities to filter out unsuitable candidates based on client requirements.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes including cold calling and candidate coordination.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and candidates at all levels.
