Job Title: Recruiter – VLSI & Semiconductor Industry
Location: Bangalore
Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months)
Experience: 2+ years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team on a contractual basis. The role will focus on end-to-end hiring for VLSI and Semiconductor positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in technical recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to engage with niche talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for VLSI and Semiconductor roles.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in technical hiring).
• Hands-on experience hiring for VLSI, Semiconductor, or core engineering domains is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within timelines.

Contract Details

• Duration: Initially 3 months, extendable to 6 months based on performance and business needs.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Management,Technology or related field .
