About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Sourcing IT applicants for PAN INDIA locations through job portals, personal referrals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods 2. Prescreen applicants via phone call and check for eligibility 3. Ensure the shortlisted applicants attend client interviews (onsite or remote as per the process) 4. Follow up with selected applicants and push them to complete the onboarding process with client HR and join on the earliest available date 5.
