As a Fresher Technical Recruiter at MPC Cloud Consulting in Gurugram, your role involves identifying, recruiting, screening, and presenting suitable candidates for technology positions in collaboration with hiring managers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the needs and roles to be filled. - Assist in developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. - Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. - Post/place ads on job boards. - Identify suitable candidates and assess their qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication. - Manage end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to joining. - Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - In-depth understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills. - Familiarity with recruiting methods and best practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will be working from the MPC Cloud Consulting office in Sector 62, Gurugram, for 5 days a week. Five positions are available for this role.
