As an HR Recruiter at our company based in Tirupur, your role will involve sourcing and recruiting candidates for various job positions. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and social media platforms. - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates" relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. - Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
