Role:

About the Role

IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details to candidates
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Support end-to-end hiring for entry-level to mid-level IT roles
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT terminologies (training will be provided)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Quick learner with a positive attitude

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
