Location: Sector 20, Panchkula

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, Documentation & Onboarding coordination. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
• Handle recruitment-related documentation and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a corporate or consulting setup).
• Strong understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
