Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with expertise in LPDT Kayad to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service engineering and be able to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to LPDT Kayad equipment.

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on LPDT Kayad equipment.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of LPDT Kayad technology and its applications.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in service engineering.

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
