IT Quality Sr Analyst - TechnoFunctional

As an IT Quality Senior Analyst at this company, you will be a seasoned professional who plays a crucial role in the development of new techniques and processes within the IT quality function. Your responsibilities will involve evaluating complex issues, providing leadership within teams, coaching new recruits, and influencing decisions through your specialized advice and services. Your work will have a significant impact on project size and geography, directly affecting the performance of all teams in the area. Key Responsibilities: - Overall testing experience of 9-14 years - Mandatory expertise in BDD - Strong coding skills in Gluecode (Java) - Proficiency in SQL and Unix - Intermediate to expert level knowledge of FIX protocol - Experience in testing in an Agile environment - Highly preferred experience in Front Office and Middle Office - Proficient in Front end, Back end, and DB testing - Strong understanding of testing processes in Agile and Waterfall SDLC - Excellent knowledge of Software Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices - Expertise in test cycles, test tools, and testing methodologies - Ability to conduct RCA and analyze requirements - Experience in investment banking testing - Proficiency in working independently with good communication skills - Experience using Jira for project management - 4+ years of experience in Automation with strong skills in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber - Good knowledge of SQL and Unix - Understanding of CI/CD processes Qualifications: - 9-13 years of experience in an IT Quality role - Demonstrated execution capabilities - Development experience in a fast-paced environment - Experience with test automation, test scenario creation, and modification - Comfortable with writing complex queries - Hands-on experience with testing automation tools - Project management experience is preferred Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Additional Information: - Experience with onboarding new applications and implementing QA processes is a plus - Knowledge of OTC and ETD clearing workflows - Understanding of MO and BO workflows Please note that if you are a person with a disability and require accommodation to use the search tools or apply for a career opportunity, you can review the Accessibility at Citi.
