IT QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute

  manual and automated test cases

  for front-end web applications.
• Validate

  UI/UX workflows

  , responsive behavior, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Identify, document, and track

  bugs and issues

  using tools such as

  Jira

• Ensure full

  test coverage

  through detailed

  test plans

  test cases

  test reports

  .
• Participate in

  sprint planning

  ,

  daily stand-ups

  retrospectives

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years

  of QA experience, with a focus on

  web front-end testing

  .
• Hands-on experience testing applications built on

  Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

  is a

  strong plus

  .
• Strong proficiency in writing and executing

  test cases, test scripts

  , and

  test plans

  .
• Solid understanding of

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  , and browser behavior.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using tools such as

  Jira, TestRail, Postman

• Excellent

  analytical, communication, and collaboration

  skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:
