IT Project Manager - Senior

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Head to lead and deliver high-impact web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, proven leadership capabilities, and a track record of driving technology projects in reputed organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for web and mobile application development, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Manage project teams, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and clients to define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and implement best practices in software development, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Mentor and guide development teams to achieve technical excellence and process efficiency.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of project execution.
• Prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and documentation for senior leadership and clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development (preferably web and mobile technologies).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT project management & leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Experience in reputed IT services, product, or technology firms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
