Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a PMP certification and a proven track record of successfully managing software development and IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality expectations. Stakeholder & Team Management Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve business objectives. Methodologies & Best Practices Implement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies. Use project management tools like JIRA, Redmine, Trello, MS Project, or Asana. Risk & Budget Management Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs. Quality & Compliance Ensure projects meet security, compliance, and performance standards. Conduct regular reviews, audits, and quality checks. Required Skills & Qualifications: PMP Certification (Mandatory). Experience with cross-functional/locational teams is a must 7+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in software development, AI/ML, ERP, mobile/web applications, or enterprise solutions. Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Redmine, or MS Project. Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP certified Certifications like CSM, PRINCE2, ITIL are an added advantage.
