About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sr Software Engineer to lead the design and development of our next-generation healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python , FastAPI , Django , and Kafka , with hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models , including prompt engineering , and deep understanding of FHIR , HL7 , and healthcare interoperability standards. Front-end experience with React is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using Python and React Experience in frameworks like FastAPI and Django. Lead integration of healthcare data systems using FHIR , HL7 , and related protocols. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to incorporate intelligent features, leveraging prompt engineering for NLP tasks. Oversee Kafka-based event-driven system design for reliable data processing. Experience in OpenSearch Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and data privacy standards. Review code, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of clean, maintainable software design. Experience on on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
