Description
As an experienced IT Project Manager at Koch Capabilities, you will be responsible for defining the scope and objectives of projects in collaboration with stakeholders. Your role will involve overseeing the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of project outcomes. You will monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure the quality of completed work. Expect to support moderately to highly complex projects including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, site closures, and integrations while closely partnering with IT Infrastructure teams. In the Koch Capabilities Technology team, you will manage complex IT projects, coordinating cross-functional and global teams to meet project goals, timelines, and budgets. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end project execution, risk management, financial oversight, compliance, and fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will involve defining project charters, roles, tasks, milestones, costs, and success measures, developing project estimates and plans, ensuring accurate capture of client requirements, creating and maintaining project documentation, coordinating daily activities, ensuring project closure, tracking project status, managing issues and risks, assessing gaps, analyzing financial reports, promoting compliance and information security risk, building and leading effective project teams, utilizing problem-solving skills, adapting to global team dynamics, and motivating team members. Basic qualifications for this role include experience in IT mergers and acquisitions, site closures and openings, driving projects from the front, managing relationships across business divisions, leading IT projects from conception to completion, managing infrastructure and cross-functional teams, facilitating project meetings, and driving results. Additional experience in business analysis and managing software development projects will be advantageous.
