Job Description

Experience

Over 5 to 8 years of experience in Managing IT for Financial Services organizations (Lending preferably)
Should have managed and delivered multiple projects Medium to Large related to Digital Lending
Platforms, Mobile Applications, Workflow Management Systems (for Business Workflows), manage business rules, MIS and Data Analytics
Should have delivered at least 1 Digital Application and 1 mobile application.
Ability to manage change across the organization while implementing innovative initiatives.
Preferred Skills
Well versed with both SDLC and Agile methodologies in Application Development, Delivery
Should have implemented business applications both On Premise and On Cloud (Public / Private)
Ability to interact with business teams, coordinate requirement gathering and convert them to Functional
Specification Documents and discuss with relevant Vendors / Service providers to procure readymade /
customizable applications
Experience in implementation, enhancement, supporting Core Lending Applications like OmniFin,
FinnOne, R System
Any experience in implementing a CRM system would add value
