At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects performing functions from project initiation until project closing.Demonstrated solid experience in various project management approaches: Traditional (waterfall), and agile (iterative/Scrum) or Hybrid.
Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience in Project
Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Management.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams of 10-20 members, engaging stakeholders from middle management to group head levels.
Project: Demonstrated expertise in delivering at least 2 complex
projects with budgets up to 10M within 6-12 month timelines.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or any 4-year business course Licenses None Required
Certifications Training attendance in globally accepted Project Management
Standards (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM);
Certification on PM standards such as PMP, Agile PM or Scrum is not required but is highly preferable.
