KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY)

• Manage incidents, alerts, and service requests


• Troubleshoot systems, networks, and cloud environments


• Perform monitoring, patching, and change tasks


• Handle SOC monitoring and incident response


• Lead teams, ensure SLAs, and manage escalations (for managers)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Hiring across:

• 0-2 years: Trainees, L1


• 2-6 years: L2 Engineers


• 6-12 years: Senior Engineers, Leads


• 12-20 years: Architects, Managers

Preferred: MSP/NOC/SOC backgrounds; certifications like Azure/CCNA/ITIL/Security+.
