IT Product Owner Business Analyst & Scrum Master/PM

Role Overview: You will be joining BSE E-Agricultural Markets Limited (BEAM) as an IT Product Owner, Business Analyst & Scrum Master/PM. BEAM is a subsidiary of BSE Investments Limited, focusing on enhancing the competitiveness of the Indian agricultural market by leveraging BSE's strengths in financial markets, market technology, and ecosystem. Your role will involve driving and supporting web application development, analyzing and prioritizing requirements, working closely with development teams, managing IT vendors, and ensuring efficient solutions are delivered. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and support web application development through collaboration with vendor/partners, business owners, and key users. - Analyze, document, and prioritize requirements based on business value, with clear stakeholder communication. - Work closely with development and operations teams to build scalable solutions and address critical issues. - Implement Agile (Scrum) practices and take full ownership with minimal supervision. - Manage IT vendor/partner on delivery. - Utilize DevOps, Excel, JIRA, and application support tools effectively. - Apply Agile methodology, problem-solving skills, and facilitate cross-functional team communication. - Demonstrate solid Cloud platform knowledge, preferably AWS. - Utilize Agri Tech experience (preferred) and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-graduate degree. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field. - Strong aptitude for Business Analysis and Project Management.
