Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the development and management of our technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.
Gather and analyze customer requirements and market feedback.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Facilitate product demos and communicate product updates to stakeholders.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
6-11 years of experience in IT product management or related roles.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and techniques.
