Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on developing innovative technology solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to inform product direction.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new products or features.
Create and maintain product documentation including roadmaps, specifications, and user stories.
Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product status and updates.

Skills and Qualifications

6-11 years of experience in product management or related fields.
Proven track record of managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Technical background with understanding of software development processes.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
