IT Product Development Manager

As a Product Delivery Manager at Pristine IT Code Pvt Ltd, located in Powai, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the existing internal product used for low code development for client projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the product roadmap, global editions, costing, budgeting, profitability, architecture, agile design and development, and releases. - Ensuring the product lifecycle, from ideation to development and launch, meets customer needs and gains market leadership. - Planning and overseeing projects for rapid completion, managing internal and external stakeholders, project schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles. - Reporting on project progress and effectively closing issues or roadblocks. - Mastery in AI-based Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) for automated development. - Developing product roadmaps, identifying and documenting requirements, and liaising between stakeholders to ensure products align with business goals. - Conducting business analysis, defining product features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (Computer Science, IT, AI) and a Master's degree in Business Administration. - Over 10 years of experience in software development with expertise in Microsoft .NET WPF, ASP.NET, SQL, and AI IDE. - Strong skills in Product Management, Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, PMP or equivalent certification, Program Management, Team Management, and Consulting. - Excellent analytical and communication abilities, as well as strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Passion and hunger to take products to the global stage, visionary skills, and patience to achieve world-famous software products. - Smart work ethic to beat the competition, availability to work on weekends when deadlines slip or urgency arises, and a highly professional demeanor abiding by core values.
