Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals. Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT industry. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
