IT Planning Analyst

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in EPPM tools, PRINCE2, CoBIT, TOGAF, IT budgeting, financial planning, data analysis, business process modeling, contract management, executive presentations, change management, PO and BCP systems, and IT performance reporting to drive effective IT strategies and operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize EPPM tools and methodologies to streamline project management processes - Implement PRINCE2 and CoBIT frameworks to ensure project success and compliance - Apply TOGAF principles to align IT architecture with business objectives - Manage IT budgeting and financial planning activities to optimize resource allocation - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights for informed decision-making - Develop business process models to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness - Oversee contract management activities to mitigate risks and ensure vendor performance - Prepare executive presentations to communicate IT strategies and achievements effectively - Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and adoption - Implement PO and BCP systems to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery - Generate IT performance reports to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in EPPM tools, PRINCE2, CoBIT, TOGAF, and other relevant frameworks - Strong financial acumen and experience in IT budgeting and financial planning - Advanced skills in data analysis and business process modeling - Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive stakeholders - Demonstrated expertise in change management, contract management, and IT performance reporting As part of the benefits package, you will enjoy health insurance coverage, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund contribution.
