Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management / IT Operations Support Specialist with strong expertise in Active Directory (AD) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 35 years of hands-on IT support experience across desktops, laptops, IP phones, servers, and LAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support for desktops, laptops, IP phones, and server environments.
• Manage and administer Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and AD Server environments.
• Perform server implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic LAN infrastructure support including switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Ensure SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and incident prevention for IT issues.
• Handle IT asset management, inventory control, and reporting.
• Support capacity and availability management tools to ensure IT service reliability.

Key Requirements:

35 years of proven IT support experience (desktops, laptops, servers, IP phones).

Expertise in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and AD server administration.

Hands-on experience with incident management, service request handling, and root cause analysis.

Knowledge of LAN infrastructure and basic network troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of IT asset management, IT reporting, and SLA processes.
