Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies, align technology with business goals, forecast needs, and manage IT budgets.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain, configure, and secure servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, manage backups, implement security patches, and enforce data privacy policies.
• Operations & Support: Oversee daily IT operations, provide technical support, resolve issues, and manage helpdesk functions.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, from software implementation (like ERPs) to system upgrades, coordinating with teams and vendors.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and evaluate IT staff, fostering collaboration.
• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest improvements to optimize processes and performance.
