IT & Network Manager

Key Responsibilities

IT & Network Infrastructure

• Lead and manage the company’s complete IT and network infrastructure across all facilities.
• Plan, procure, install, configure, and maintain IT and network assets.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and VLAN architectures ensuring high availability and security.
• Configure, monitor, and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
• Manage ISP connections, leased lines, and ensure optimal network uptime.

Security, Compliance & Documentation

• Define and implement IT security policies aligned with

  ISO 27001 / ISO 9001

  standards.
• Maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, network topology, and policies.
• Enforce access management, data protection, and security protocols.
• Lead IT compliance efforts and manage audits.

Systems Administration

• Manage installation, configuration, and updates for

  Windows, Linux, and Mac OS

  environments.
• Oversee centralized OS and software deployment systems such as

  Active Directory, SCCM

  , etc.
• Maintain data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage software licensing for tools like

  Microsoft 365, Adobe, Tally

  , etc.

Hardware & Device Management

• Oversee procurement, allocation, and tracking of IT assets.
• Troubleshoot employee workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage biometric systems, CCTV, access control, and storage infrastructure.
• Respond to IT support requests and perform hands-on maintenance when necessary.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary contact for IT and network vendors.
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish redundancy strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align IT operations with organizational goals.

Continuous Improvement

• Implement best practices in IT cost optimization, security, and automation.
• Adopt open-source tools to reduce maintenance and licensing costs.
• Drive proactive monitoring and reliability initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5–10 years in IT and network infrastructure management within a tech-driven or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience in network architecture, system administration, and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and IT governance practices.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient with firewall configurations (FortiGate, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi management, and multi-zone networks.
• Knowledge of virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup solutions.
• Experience with

  Active Directory

  , endpoint management, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
