Key Responsibilities
Review trainee tasks to ensure quality standards and project requirements.
Identify bugs/errors and give constructive feedback.Collaborate with project managers to align on trainee expectations.Assist trainees in troubleshooting and understanding requirements.Track trainee performance and maintain progress reports.Stay updated with industry standards & QA best practices.
Technical Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a technical trainer, software developer, or in QA.
Hands-on knowledge of any programming language.Strong understanding of coding standards and testing methodologies.Excellent communication skills to provide effective feedback.Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
