Job Description

Job Title:

full-time, experienced IT Manager

experienced, long-serving Project Heads, Software Developers, and QA team members

Experience in the Automobile or Travel industry is an asset

Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends may be required, depending on project demands.

A Bachelors degree from a reputed university and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a management role are required.

Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Should have good knowledge of Python, AWS and Angular / React.
Completely well versed in Agile ceremonies.
Experience in Security and Performance management
Good understanding of Tools like Jira, Postman, or any PM tool.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in software development, with a strong background in system architecture with at least 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams of 10 + members.
Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
Strong knowledge of software design principles, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Compensation:- Between 40
