* Carry out screen, battery and other component replacements in phones, tablets, and other devices
* Be able to resolve software related problems i.e. reset and restores, installing windows and lOS
* Be able to diagnose fault on devices
* Strong customer facing experience is preferred
* Perform routine inspection, testing, of smart phones, tablets, and other devices
* General upkeep of the shop to a high standard
* Utilise designated repair tools
* Maintain accurate records of all completed work
* Minimise parts failure and financial impact through careful work
* Ensure proper stock handling
* Maintain stock integrity
* Communicate any issues or delays to Team Leaders promptly
* Uphold business and customer confidentiality
* Contribute to a safe working environment.
