Job Description

Join our dynamic corporate banking technology team as a Channels Integration Delivery Manager. This role invites individuals with a unique blend of technological proficiency and deep expertise in Channels integration engineering. As a key player, you will be accountable for successfully delivering the Channels related projects. The role involves coordination of the day-to-day activities, support on the prioritization of the requirements/backlog as well as support on the strategic planning over the project lifetime. The role plays a pivotal role in the timely implementation and success of any Channels-related projects.


Responsibility:

  • Work in close collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders across APAC to ensure appropriate definition of project goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  • Day-to-day coordination on progress, prioritization, and problem-solving with integration teams.
  • Support the process of documenting business requirements/user stories from stakeholders.
  • Support alignment meetings e.g. stand-ups, POC showcases, SteerCo, Working Groups, etc.
  • Create detailed project plans and deliver against them.
  • Oversee and control the delivery of project activity.
  • Identify, assess, and appropriately mitigate risk to project delivery.
  • Build, track, maintain, and report on project budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage external vendors and platform providers.


Requirements:

  • Min 12 years work experience in successful delivery of complex Channels integration-related projects end-to-end.
  • Domain knowledge of corporate banking products from the channels perspective.
  • Experience in software delivery, quality practices, techniques, and tools at all layers of integration engineering.
  • Experience in leading development teams and providing technical mentorship.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of recent technologies, including Cloud, APIs, MFT, iPaaS. Knowledge in business intelligence tools and AI is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advanced and effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the banking sector.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
