Job Summary :IT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead ERP implementation, evaluation, and documentation of departmental workflows and requirements.
2. Evaluate existing applications to identify process gaps and improvement areas.
3. Provide leadership and regular guidance to the IT team for smooth day-to-day operations.
4. Manage IT infrastructure projects (new and existing setups), including servers, networks, UPS, and CCTV systems.
5. Evaluate, test, and implement helpdesk software solutions.
6. Analyze and implement new IT hardware and software requirements as per business needs.
7. Oversee purchase of IT products and services in line with company requirements.
8. Administer and provide user support for software (Spine HRMS, CRM, Zoho Projects, Tally ERP, etc.).
9. Manage email systems and ensure reliable communication channels across all branches.
10. Coordinate with vendors for internet services, IT support, and statutory compliance.
11. Monitor IT infrastructure PAN India, ensuring connectivity, data backups, and complaint resolution.
12. Maintain IT assets, spares, and inventories across Head Office and all branches.
13. Ensure compliance with software licensing, audits, and regulatory/statutory requirements.
14. Conduct preventive maintenance of IT systems, networks, and equipment.
15. Maintain complaint logs and prepare regular IT performance reports.
16. Ensure IT security measures and surveillance systems are operational across all sites.
17. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth IT functioning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achievement of ERP implementation milestones within defined timelines.
• IT infrastructure uptime (servers, networks, UPS) maintained above 98%.
• % Resolution of IT tickets/issues within agreed SLAs.
• Timely renewal and 100% compliance of all software licenses.
• Accuracy of IT asset and inventory records across all locations.
• CCTV and surveillance uptime above 95% across plants and branches.
• Reduction in repeat complaints through effective root cause analysis.
• Vendor response and resolution timelines met consistently across HO and branches.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and network management.
• Expertise in software administration (HRMS, CRM, Zoho, Tally, etc.).
• Good understanding of IT compliance, licensing, and statutory requirements.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent vendor management and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or ERP-related) preferred.

• 10 -15 years of experience

  in IT infrastructure and systems management, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in ERP implementation and PAN India IT operations strongly preferred.
