IT Management Assets

You will be joining our IT Management team as a highly competent individual responsible for planning and procuring assets, as well as implementing new technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. - Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. - Troubleshoot network problems and outages, and schedule upgrades. - Guide employees on security matters, data breaches, and effective management of security protocols. - Provide technical support to employees as needed. - Log bugs and enhancement requests. - Ensure that hardware devices like printers, scanners, plotters, headphones, and hard drives are fully functional and accessible at all times. - Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as required. - Present reports on the system inventory when requested. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a similar field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an IT Assets Manager. You should have in-depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Excellent customer service skills, as well as proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Kannada, are essential. Additionally, you should be flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the role.,
