Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:
As an IT Intern, you will work closely with our IT team to support the company’s technical infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, and network management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Support in maintaining company networks, systems, and servers
Help monitor and respond to user support tickets
Update documentation and IT asset records
Assist in software updates, system backups, and cybersecurity measures
Participate in IT projects and process improvement tasks
Provide technical support to employees and escalate issues when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
