Job Description

Role: IT Infrastructure/Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore | Noida | Gurgaon | Pune | Hyderabad | Chennai | Mumbai

Experience: 10 Years to 14 years

Notice: Immediate Joiners

10+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems.

• Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments.

• Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune).

• Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols.

• Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN.

• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
