IT Infrastructure Specialist VMware & Windows Active Directory

Position: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Pune

Experience: 5+ years

Certifications: VCTA, VCP, VCAP, MCSA/MCSE

Shift 6:00 PM , 9 PM, 11 PM( Night Shift)

Notice period- Immediate Joiners

Work Mode 5 days WFO

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist with strong expertise in VMware virtualization and Windows Active Directory. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and secure our on-premises infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot AD environments, including user/group policies and security.
Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Manage Windows Servers (2016/2019), including patching, backups, and performance tuning.
Configure routers, switches, and firewalls to maintain secure and efficient connectivity.
Implement security policies, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory.
Networking knowledge (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
Hands-on experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Certifications:
VCTA, VCP, VCAP, MCSA/MCSE.
