Primary Responsibilities:

Upgrade
Windows Server 2016
to newer supported versions.
Apply
security and firmware patches
to
VMware ESXi hosts
using vSphere Lifecycle Manager or CLI tools.
Update
PC operating systems
and
Microsoft Office
installations.
Perform
system compatibility assessments
and plan upgrade paths.
Execute
backups and validation
before and after upgrades.
Troubleshoot issues during and after upgrade processes.
Perform
host reboots
and
VM migrations
with minimal downtime.
Maintain
documentation
and
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
.
Collaborate with internal teams and provide
post-upgrade support
.
Ensure compliance with
corporate IT policies
and
security standards
.
