It Infrastructure And Network Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager for IT Infrastructure and Network Administration who is responsible for overseeing and leading the IT infrastructure and network administration team, managing End users services and ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the organizations IT infrastructure. This role involves strategic planning, high-level troubleshooting, and management of network-related projects to support business objectives effectively. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to optimize network and IT systems to meet organizational needs. Candidate should have extensive experience in managing enterprise IT and network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication, security, and connectivity .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement strategies for robust, scalable, and secure network architecture.

• Assess future needs and align network capabilities with business growth and technology trends.

• Lead network capacity planning, performance analysis, and upgrades.

2. Leadership and Team Management:

• Manage and mentor a team of network administrators and engineers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support professional development for team members.

• Ensure efficient resource allocation, prioritizing tasks and projects based on business needs.

3. Network Security and Compliance:

• Ensure network security policies, standards, and best practices are consistently implemented.

• Oversee security monitoring and incident response for network-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.

4. IT Infrastructure

• Managing IT/Datacenter Infrastructure and ensuring all hardware, software, and network systems are functioning optimally

• Identify, design, and implement office infrastructure such as video conferencing, audio visuals, connectivity etc.

• Plan and manage all IT assets across the organization, thereby covering timely management of all hardware and software assets.

5. End User’s Support

• Lead the day-to-day support and management of the Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other O365 applications.

• Lead and manage the IT support team in delivering high-quality technical support to end users, ensuring fast, efficient, and accurate resolutions of hardware, software, and network issues.

• Monitor end-user satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve IT services.

6. Technical Oversight and Troubleshooting:

• Provide guidance on complex network and IT related issues, leveraging technical expertise to resolve escalated incidents.

• Lead critical issue resolution and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Optimize network performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning.
