IT Infra & Networking – Access Provisioning

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead user access provisioning and identity lifecycle management across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in IAM (Identity & Access Management), Active Directory, cloud provisioning, and compliance-driven access controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute user onboarding/offboarding and role-based access control (RBAC) across systems, applications, and platforms.
• Handle provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of user accounts (Windows AD, Azure AD, Exchange, M365, ERP, internal apps).
• Administer and review group policies, access rights, and security roles.
• Monitor access requests and approval workflows using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
• Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and recertification in line with compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Collaborate with business teams and information security to ensure least-privilege access and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Work with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt) for automation and policy enforcement.
• Maintain logs and reports related to access provisioning and violations.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, LDAP
  • M365/Exchange Online, SharePoint permissions
  • IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt
• Experience in:
  • ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
  • Scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation of provisioning tasks
• Familiarity with:
  • Cloud access provisioning (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and Identity Federation (SAML, OAuth)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred certifications:
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
  • CompTIA Security+, CISM (added advantage)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in access setup.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with users and audit teams.
• Able to work under pressure and manage SLAs for access provisioning.
